Q. I receive the error: "Unable to Connect" when I try to log in. What should I do?

A. On the application's Options screen, try changing the Connection Type from BES to BIS. There have been a few cases where BES users were unable to connect using BIS. This may be due to policy restrictions on your company's BES.

Q. Which BlackBerry devices are supported by mySIFMAtmc?

A. Any BlackBerry device running OS 4.2, 4.3, 4.5, 4.6, and 4.7 is supported. (Note: At this time, the BlackBerry Storm is the only device supported on OS 4.7).
